Traditional Toyohashi
Tezutsu fireworks consist
of a 1m high Moso bamboo
tube, wrapped with straw
and filled with fireworks
to be held under the arm.
These straps and key-chains
are based on the Tezutsu
design and are constructed
with the same bamboo as
a real Tezutsu. Special
dyes are used to color the
rope, which are also wrapped
using the same traditional
method. Each strap is lovingly
handcrafted. |
