Made from vegetable gelatin, this extremely healthy jelly comes direct from Toyohashi. Toyohashi is the largest producing region of Jiro permissions used to flavor the jelly.
Winner of first prize at the Toyohashi Visitors & Convention Association Jiro Persimmon Contest.

Environmentally friendly organic methods were used to produce this Mixed Jelly pack, made right here in Toyohashi, famous for its vegetable gelatin produce.

Slowly boiled in brown sugar honey from Oshima and the left overnight to cool, the honey is then mixed with flour to create the pastry for the bun. These are then used to wrap home-made red beans before being steamed briefly. These famous buns have been the same flavor and price since they were first made.
